From the time that you place your order and make your payment in full, it can take anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks for your order to be delivered to you depending on the heirloom collection and/or artwork that you choose. Please allow for an extra cushion around holidays.

Signature sessions last about one hour; however, I don't rush though your session since creativity and children can't be pushed.  Newborn sessions can take 2+ hours. The Simplicity Session is a 20 minute mini-session.

Make sure you and your little ones are fed and well rested before your photo session.
I understand that families are busy; however, it is useful to not have things scheduled on the day of your session and even the night before.  Tired and over-stimulated children appear that way in their photographs (as do adults!). On the day of your session, it is best to only bring the persons being photographed to prevent distractions. Tell little ones that you're going to meet a friend that will take pictures and play games too.  Kids can really pick up on our stress levels, so it's important to relax and have fun! Schedule hair and makeup in advance -- even if you don't wear makeup regularly, it's so much better to enhance your beauty when you're investing in portraits. Don't forget nails! Clean nails, neutral polishes or french manicures are timeless and look great. 

Clothing is an important part of creating a beautiful image and of helping to highlight the emotion and connection between you and your loves. My aesthetic is natural and organic--encouraging subtle colors such as pastels, whites, creams, blues, grays and other neutrals that unify the look of your family, helping to bring the emphasis on the emotion and not the clothes. Signature Session and Motherhood Collective clients receive the benefit of borrowing from my specially curated studio wardrobe of high-end dresses and gowns and baby and children's clothes. Babies are most beautiful showing off their pure and perfect skin, especially newborns, by dressing them in organic cottons and natural fabrics.  Bare feet are always cute and natural for everyone.  

The Signature Session--No, the session fee is the retainer and then a Collection would be ordered. Typically, clients plan on investing $1,200+ on their session and images.

The Motherhood Collective--After each session, a Collection would be ordered. A $100 print credit is included as a membership perk.

 The Simplicity Session--includes 5 Digital Files. You can upgrade and complete your gallery.
